Order processing

Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be dispatched. Carrier transit time is additional. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Shipping rates and destinations

Shipping rates and available services are shown at checkout. Basic shipping is free on qualifying orders of $150 or more within the contiguous United States. Expedited shipping carries a separate charge where available.

The contiguous United States excludes Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories. Delivery availability for your address is determined at checkout.

Delivery estimates

Carrier delivery estimates begin after dispatch. Selecting an expedited shipping service does not shorten order processing time. Carrier delays and customs processing can affect delivery.

International orders

Available destinations and shipping services are shown at checkout. Any duties or import taxes collected at checkout will be shown there. Where these charges are not collected at checkout, additional charges may be payable to the carrier or customs authority.

Damaged, incorrect or missing deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact david@puremvp.co with your order number and photos of the items and packaging. Keep the packaging while we review the issue. Contact us at the same address if tracking shows a delivery you have not received.
